APPLICATIONS
Wide Crossings (Rivers, Valleys, Infrastructure)

Wide crossings over rivers, valleys, highways, and critical infrastructure are among the most demanding tasks in powerline construction. These spans involve long distances, extreme conductor weights, high tensions, complex wind and sag behavior, and strict safety and clearance requirements. Any deviation can lead to significant safety risks, delays, or disruptions to traffic and navigation.
Key challenges include limited anchoring options, restricted access for equipment, coordination with authorities, and narrow execution windows. Ultra-heavy conductors and large bundle configurations place exceptional mechanical demands on both equipment and materials.
This is where we support our customers. Our high-tensile pulling ropes and powerful puller-tensioners, engineered for ultra-heavy conductors, deliver precise tension control, high safety margins, and reliable performance. Combined with specialized stringing blocks and accessories, they enable wide crossings to be executed safely, efficiently, and with full control—even under extreme mechanical and environmental loads.
