Hydraulic Press Head
Our hydraulic compression units manufactured by our long year partner Sanwa Tekki Corporation are particularly light, efficient and convenient to use. We supply the hydraulic hose connections with “flat-face” hydraulic couplers, preventing the intrusion of dirt into the hydraulic system. They are equipped with double acting hydraulic cylincders with very fast compression cycle and highest reliability.

Hydraulic Power Unit
A strong and reliable power unti with integrated valve control. Like the hydraulic compression head, it is equipped with “flat face” quick-action coupling for prevention of dirt intrusion.
In addition to the trusted HPU-02-0700, manufactured by Sanwa Tekki Corporation, Zeck now offers the new in-house development HPU-01-0700, which offers maximum reliability through three independent hydraulic filter systems.

Hydraulic Hose Kit
Our hydraulic hose kits include 2 maximum pressure hoses with flat face quick-action couplings. Designed to connect the compression head to the hydraulic power unit or a ZECK machine with an integrated hydraulic system for presses. The hydraulic hose kits are supplied without transport box (optional eqipment).
